At Livia Ganelli, each leather bag is handcrafted with precision and care. We strive to ensure you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below and contact our customer care team for assistance.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
- To start a return, contact us at support@liviaganelli.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Customized & Personalized Items
Because our bags can be personalized (initials, engravings, custom finishes, etc.), personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If a customized item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve it.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color or style, contact us within the 14-day return window and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
